1. Escrow Payment Model
All payments made on Selfana are held in a secure escrow account managed by Selfana. Funds are released to the seller only after the buyer confirms receipt and satisfaction with their order within the defined verification window.
2. Three-Day Verification Period
Buyers are granted a 3-business-day verification period after confirmed delivery to inspect the product. If the product does not match its description or has undisclosed defects, the buyer may raise a dispute during this window.
3. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, Selfana acts as a neutral arbiter. Both parties will be asked to present evidence. Our Trust & Safety team reviews all materials and issues a binding resolution, which may include a full or partial refund, or release of funds to the seller.
4. Seller Obligations
Sellers must provide accurate descriptions, authentic images, and truthful condition data for all listings. Failure to do so may result in fund withholding, account suspension, or permanent removal from the platform.
5. Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers are expected to review product descriptions and ask questions before placing orders. Once the verification period expires without a dispute, the order is considered complete and funds are released.
6. Prohibited Activities
All users are prohibited from attempting to circumvent escrow protections, posting fraudulent listings, engaging in price manipulation, or using the platform for any unlawful purpose. Violations will result in immediate account suspension.
7. Platform Fees
Selfana charges a transparent service fee on completed transactions. This fee covers escrow processing, dispute resolution, and platform maintenance. Fee schedules are displayed before checkout.
8. Amendments
Selfana reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Important Escrow Note
Payments made outside of the Selfana escrow system are not protected. For your safety, always complete transactions through the platform. Selfana cannot guarantee or recover funds sent directly to sellers via bank transfers or other external methods.
